The Role: The Installation Coordinator works with various teams at PBS to coordinate and facilitate dealership DMS installations from intake through to go-live. This role ensures that all installation requirements are understood, resources are aligned, and communication is maintained across teams and customers. The coordinator acts as the central point of coordination to ensure successful and efficient installation experience for both the customer and PBS. Job Responsibilities: Receive and review all orders for new installations to confirm scope, requirements, and readiness Gather and validate all required dealership and system information to support a successful installation Coordinate installation timelines, onsite visits, and resource scheduling across teams Monitor pre-install readiness and ensure all required tasks and checklists are completed prior to install Act as the primary point of coordination between Install Tech, Dealer Services, Training, and Project Management teams Assign and coordinate technical work across internal resources Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process Communicate timelines, requirements, and progress to customers and internal stakeholders Identify, track, and escalate issues or risks impacting installation success Maintain and update tracking tools, tickets, and documentation Ensure documentation remains current and accurate Support dealership readiness including dependencies and required information Coordinate training schedules and onsite logistics Assist with operational support tasks related to installations Contribute to process improvements Qualifications: High School Diploma Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 1–2 years of experience in a related role or industry is an asset Technical aptitude is an asset Dealership or automotive experience is an asset What we offer: Professional Development – Continuous training, industry certifications, and clear pathways for career advancement.
