The Role: As a Product Specialist (Parts) you’ll play a key role on the PSG Team within the Development department. You will be responsible for problem management, quality assurance testing, documenting, and participating in the full development lifecycle of new and existing software features and services. Job Responsibilities: Participate in team meetings and scrums Investigate, replicate, and escalate problems and bugs Collaborate with teams’ members to plan and design new features Execute test procedures on bugs and new features Create new product documentation Manage multiple tasks at once, maintaining exceptional quality Review requirements analysis Travel required - Minimum one development-defined onsite engagement per year Qualifications: University degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience 1+ years QA and/or industry experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in both a team atmosphere and independently Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding prioritization, and organizational skills, including strong project management skills. Strong problem-solving skills.
