The Role: The Relationship Manager is tasked with building and maintaining all aspects of the relationship with our larger groups and key accounts. This dynamic role will liaise with all management levels of our most valued clients and develop strategies internally to ensure a strong and continuous partnership. Knowing the pulse of the client is at the forefront of all activities, and it can provide decision insight to PBS management by maintaining an always current view of operations. Customer retention, listening and organizational skills, and empathy for the client’s operational challenges are the driving factors for this challenging but rewarding position. Creating a mutually beneficial long-term business relationship is key to this role. Job Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 corporate clients with up to 150 rooftops. The number of sites per group, users per site, PBS product usage level, and lifecycle of the client will determine required RM interaction levels and actual capacity Act as the client advocate to ensure concerns are identified and addressed – liaise with PBS internal departments to spearhead escalations and ensure prompt attention, efficient response, and timely follow up Conduct on-site visits at least once per year focusing on key staff in each department Proactively interact remotely with key contacts at least once per quarter and knowing the pulse is at the forefront of all activities Monitor status and maintain summary issues list affecting client, monitor Cornerstone calls and intuitively, proactively step in to help curb any challenges Oversee project management and activity coordination for multiple clients simultaneously Encourage dealer attendance at PBS events such as Dealer Conference, workshops, and ongoing online PBS education opportunities Attend conventions, trade shows and external functions relating to assigned client base Qualifications: Post-secondary education, degree or diploma, or equivalent work experience Must hold a valid driver’s license and passport Solid computer knowledge Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel Dealership operations, software integration, business consulting, or project management experience given preference Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential Ability to engage with executive level clients and dealership department operations staff Strong follow-up skills and internal communication / relationship skills are essential Adaptability, personal initiative, and the ability to work independently are a must What we offer: Professional Development – Continuous training, industry certifications, and clear pathways for career advancement Travel Opportunities - Travel to locations across Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean Comprehensive health benefits - Medical and dental coverage to support your well-being Paid Time Off – PTO to help you recharge and maintain work-life balance Inclusive culture - A collaborative, supportive team environment where your ideas and voice truly matter Employee recognition - Regular appreciation programs and performance-based incentives Competitive compensation package Competitive annual base salary Up to $4,800 per year in product certification bonuses Additional performance incentives Attractive employee referral bonuses Staff discounts – Exclusive savings with partners such as GM, Dell, and more Should you be selected for an interview, you will be contacted via email.
