As a Receptionist for PCL Construction Resources Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you'll be the first impression of PCL’s North American headquarters, you will contribute to the company and make a difference by answering visitor inquiries about the company, directs visitors to their destinations, answers and directs incoming calls. Ensures the timely and accurate delivery for packages and documents Transports mail, couriers & documents to and from various districts on campus as required Oversees the operation and maintenance of the courier and postal software, programs, and systems Manages and tracks cross boarder deliveries Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications High School Diploma Professional communication in person and over the phone Basic skills in Word, Excel and Outlook Service-oriented approach Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify and engage the right stakeholders by understanding their areas of expertise and how teams work together Ability to multitask Remain calm under pressure and effectively handle difficult conversations and situations Demonstrate a professional image Your Work Has Purpose Here PCL projects are where life happens, where communities connect, careers begin, and progress is made.
