Full-Time Temporary Elementary Teacher

The Peace River School Division is seeking applications for a Full-Time (1.00 f.t.e.) Temporary Elementary Teacher at Lloyd Garrison School. This position will commence on August 27, 2026 and will continue until June 29, 2027. The successful candidate will be teaching Grades 1 and 2. Qualifications Experience working in a multi-grade classroom Experience in Elementary Education Knowledge of the Alberta Program of Studies Excellent communication skills with students, staff and parents A demonstrated commitment to student achievement Ability to differentiate instruction Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting Assets knowledge and skills in German and English programming Requirements Must hold or be eligible for a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate Provide an acceptable current Vulnerable Sector Check, dated within six (6) months of your application.
