Résumé du poste

At Peak Technologies, we specialize in delivering innovative solutions for both virtual and live events. From high-impact marketing activations to large-scale conferences, we bring expertise, creativity, and technical precision to every project. Our mission is to craft exceptional event experiences that connect, engage, and inspire. We’re looking for a Project Manager (Audio & Visual) to join our dynamic Las Vegas team — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in turning ideas into extraordinary event experiences. What You’ll Do As a key member of our production team, you’ll manage projects from concept to completion — collaborating with creative, technical, and operations teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly. Your day-to-day will include: Leading the planning and execution of custom Audio/Visual and Lighting projects. Building detailed labor schedules and managing onsite teams through installation and dismantle. Coordinating travel logistics, timelines, and vendor communication. Overseeing budgets, tracking shipments, and resolving on-site challenges in real time. Partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure every detail aligns with creative vision and budget goals. Sourcing specialty materials and negotiating with contractors and vendors. Traveling to domestic and international locations for on-site management when needed. You’ll be the hub that keeps people, plans, and production moving — ensuring every project meets Peak’s standards for excellence. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). 2–4+ years of Project Management experience within events, production, or A/V environments. Strong organizational and communication skills — with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. A knack for reading drawings, setup prints, and signal flow diagrams. Confidence in leading teams, coordinating vendors, and solving problems on the fly. A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to think outside the box. Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestically and internationally). Why Join Peak Technologies? Peak Technologies is growing, and it’s an exciting time to be part of the journey. We believe the foundation of exceptional work is exceptional people. Our team is made up of supportive, down-to-earth professionals who thrive on collaboration, take pride in their craft, and are driven to make a difference. We pitch in, push boundaries, and create meaningful results together. Whether it’s a team brainstorm or a company celebration, we value connection as much as we value performance. If you’re looking to grow your career alongside a passionate, forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.
