Opérateur HSS/Carbure

L'Opérateur HSS-Carbure va opérer des rectifieuses du type profileur pour évaluer, modifier, affûter et inspecter des outils de coupe selon les normes conformes établis. Dans ce poste, le candidat doit idéalement posséder ces compétences: Savoir opérer des rectifieuses type profileur; facing, cutter & grinder, Wagner et Göckel. Lire et interpréter des plans de lectures et des dessins techniques. Préparer les montages en fonction du type de pièce à meuler. Modifier, affûter et reprofiler les outils au carbure, en acier rapide et tantung. Évaluer et identifier les réparations appropriées. Inspecter et s’assurer de la conformité des pièces. Effectuer la maintenance préventive sur les meuleuses. Prérequis Bonne connaissance en lecture de plans, dessins techniques et habileté manuelle. Bonne maîtrise des instruments de mesure. Consciencieux, débrouillard et avoir le souci du détail et de la précision. Experience en usinage ou similaire, un atout. Conditions: Poste conventionné, temps plein. The HSS Operator-Carbide will be setting up profiling grinders to evaluate, modify, sharpen, and inspect cutting tools according to established compliance standards. Read and interpret reading plans and technical drawings. Prepare setups based on the type of tooling. Modify, sharpen, and reprofile carbide, high-speed steel, and tantung tools. Evaluate and identify appropriate repairs. Inspect and ensure standard compliance. Perform preventive maintenance on grinders. Prerequisites Good knowledge of blueprint reading, technical drawings, and manual dexterity. Good command of measuring instruments. Conscientious, resourceful, and attention to detail and precision. Experience in machining or similar, an asset. Conditions: Unionized position, full-time.
