<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Job Summary</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b><strong>Corrugated Machine Operator</strong></b> to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating corrugated converting or finishing equipment and be committed to producing high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Set up, operate, and monitor corrugated <span class="long-word">manufacturing/converting</span> machines.</li><li>Read and interpret production orders, specifications, and work instructions.</li><li>Perform machine adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency.</li><li>Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections.</li><li>Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine adjustments.</li><li>Load raw materials and ensure continuous production flow.</li><li>Complete production reports and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.</li><li>Follow all health and safety policies, GMPs (where applicable), and company procedures.</li><li>Work closely with production supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Minimum 3<b><strong> years of experience</strong></b> operating corrugated manufacturing or converting equipment.</li><li>Experience with machines such as <b><strong>Flexo Folder Gluer (FFG), Rotary Die Cutter, Printer Slotter, Folder Gluer, Stitcher, Laminator, or Corrugator</strong></b> is considered an asset.</li><li>Ability to read work orders, measuring tools, and production specifications.</li><li>Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime when required.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Experience in the corrugated packaging or paper products industry.</li><li>Knowledge of quality control procedures.</li><li>Forklift certification is an asset.</li><li>Basic computer skills for production reporting.</li></ul></div></div>
