This is an office-based role. Base salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission OTE: $70,000 – $80,000 (tier 1 - new hires) $80,000 – $90,000 (tier 2 - tenured representatives) $90,000 – $100,000 plus (tier 3 - high performers) What the Trailblazer Programme Offers 4 weeks of classroom-based sales training Dedicated sales mentorship during your first 6 months Weekly live sales coaching sessions Monthly sales development workshops Ongoing recognition, rewards, and commission paid monthly Clear career pathway into senior sales roles You’ll have all the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed quickly in a high-performance sales environment. Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities Doing a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day and generate a minimum of 3 appointments per day. Working alongside a field sales colleague – you will be selling the fantastic services Peninsula have to offer to the small and medium sized businesses. You will schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors to promote Peninsula’s services, and work with your Business Development Manager to generate new business deals & revenue. Daily pipeline building and management of pipeline will be key to success. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
