Developer - IBM FileNet

We are hiring an IBM FileNet Developer to support enterprise content management application development, enhancement, maintenance, and production support. Must-have qualifications: - 4-6 years of IT experience with hands-on IBM FileNet development, enhancement, or application support. - Experience with IBM FileNet P8, including Content Platform Engine, object stores, document classes, metadata, security, workflows, and search. - Hands-on IBM Content Navigator experience with repositories, desktops, searches, viewers, menus, and plug-in or customization support. - Strong Java/J2EE development experience, including servlets, JSP, REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, APIs, and integrations. - Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands, log analysis, shell scripting basics, file permissions, and deployment validation. - Experience providing L2/L3 application support, root-cause analysis, defect fixes, minor enhancements, and production issue resolution. - Experience with incident, service request, problem, and change tracking through a Service Management tool. - Ability to create technical documentation, support runbooks, release notes, and knowledge articles. - Ability to work onsite in Vancouver, BC and coordinate with onsite and offshore teams.

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise content management applications using IBM FileNet. Provide L2/L3 production support, including root-cause analysis and defect resolution.

Requires 4-6 years of IT experience with hands-on IBM FileNet P8 and Content Navigator expertise. Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development and Unix/Linux environment knowledge is essential.
