Product Analyst

About the role We are seeking a bilingual Product Analyst to translate product objectives into clear, delivery-ready requirements. What you will do • Partner with product and delivery teams to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate requirements. • Create actionable user stories and testable acceptance criteria. • Support MVP definition, delivery estimates, testing scenarios, defect triage, and resolution. • Produce process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training guides. What you bring • Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills. • Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and defect management. • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices, manual testing, and delivery workflows. • Experience with Jenkins, Gradle, and Git is an asset.

The Product Analyst will translate product objectives into delivery-ready requirements and actionable user stories. They will also support MVP definition, defect triage, and the creation of standard operating procedures and training guides.

Candidates must be bilingual in English and French with experience in Agile/Scrum practices and defect management. Familiarity with Jenkins, Gradle, and Git is considered an asset.
