AI Adoption Strategist

Job Title: M365 Copilot Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consultant Job Type: 3-Month Contract to start (high possibility of extension) Location: Remote (Must be legally entitled to work in Canada) Hours: Up to 40 hours per week, with weekly hours varying depending on active project requirements. Multiple concurrent project assignments should be expected. Start Date: ASAP Rate: $75/hr T4 OR $90/hr Inc. Overview This role is ideal for a seasoned change management professional with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI who enjoys combining strategic planning with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping organizations successfully adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot by developing adoption strategies, creating engaging communications and training materials, facilitating workshops, and guiding end users through organizational change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead adoption and change management initiatives for Microsoft 365 Copilot implementations across multiple client projects. Develop comprehensive change management strategies, adoption plans, and stakeholder engagement activities. Design and create end-user training materials, learning resources, quick reference guides, and enablement content. Develop internal and executive communications that promote awareness and drive Copilot adoption. Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and user enablement activities. Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders on Microsoft 365 Copilot best practices and adoption strategies. Assess organizational readiness and identify potential barriers to successful adoption. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure change management activities align with deployment timelines. Provide hands-on support throughout implementation while also contributing strategic recommendations to improve user adoption. Manage multiple concurrent client engagements while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Track adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Proven experience as an Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consultant. Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI technologies (required). Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and user adoption methodologies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Experience creating training materials, user guides, presentations, and communication plans. Proven experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Comfortable balancing strategic consulting responsibilities with hands-on project execution. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment. Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption programs for enterprise organizations. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 productivity tools including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive. Experience working within consulting or professional services organizations. Relevant Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Change Management, or AI are considered an asset. Prosci or other Change Management certification is considered an asset. Candidates must have proven experience as an Adoption & Change Management Consultant, with expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI technologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
