Location: Saint-Léonard, Quebec Role: The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) develops new business opportunities while providing exceptional service and sales support to existing customers. Manage inbound and outbound customer communications, support the customer journey from prospecting to order fulfillment, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while supporting Account Executives in achieving departmental objectives. RRSP contribution match program MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Proactively assess customer needs, resolve inquiries, maintain accurate customer records in Business Central and CRM, identify opportunities for Account Executive involvement, coordinate with other departments, and achieve departmental and individual KPIs. Business Development & Sales: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities, maintain consistent outbound sales activity, promote products and marketing campaigns, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, generate qualified opportunities, deliver virtual demonstrations, build customer relationships, collaborate with Marketing, monitor lead progression, and convert immediate sales opportunities into sales orders or qualified opportunities. Internal Sales Support: Provide administrative and sales support to assigned Account Executives and act as a liaison between customers and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. Prepare quotations, source products, process customer orders and payments, coordinate order status and deliveries, assist with invoice and account inquiries, and participate in product training to maintain a comprehensive understanding of Pepco's products and services. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Location: Must live in Saint-Léonard, QC, or other nearby areas. Typical schedule: On-site position. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm fixed hours of work, occasional overtime. Education: College Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent experience Physical Requirements: Must have the physical capabilities and strength to lift and/ or move items up to 20 lbs. Experience: Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer service environment, administration, inside sales, business development or sales support. Technology: User experience with an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) platform; Proficient in using Microsoft 365 applications. Skills: Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and French. Able to balance in-bound customer service responsibilities with proactive outbound sales activities. Quick to grasp new concepts and information. Exhibits strong aptitude for learning and adapting. Ability to solve problems and handle confidential information. Capacity to remain calm and professional when interacting with irate customers.
