This is a full time on-site role Duties include but are not limited too: * On-site hours * Hiring and facilitating Vendors * Working with Board of Directors * Handling of resident issues * Facilitate and enforce internal controls and procedures * Enforce the rules and regulations of the Condominium * Conduct Board Meetings and Chair AGMs In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will have the following : * Minimum of 2 years experience as a Condominium Manager * CMRAO Licence * Self-motivated and can work with little supervision * Strong organization & prioritization skills * Possess strong leadership skills * Excellent communication and customer service * Ability to maintain effective working relationships * Experience in supervising employees * Attention to detail * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel * Very good written and verbal English language skills Please send an email or cover letter with an attached resume to apply.
