The Project Manager will work with multi-disciplinary teams overseeing project staff and sub-contractors, providing guidance to ensure each project meets operational standards. This includes developing a detailed scope of work, budget and schedule, conducting risk management assessments and maintaining health, safety and environmental compliance. Duties And Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans including scope, schedule, and budget. Review and approve engineering designs to ensure compliance with project specifications. Work closely with stakeholders, rights-holders, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and respectful project delivery. Monitor progress, quality, and materials used to maintain project standards. Conduct risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Manage and allocate resources including personnel, equipment, and materials. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in all project phases. Prepare reports, forecasts, and progress updates for stakeholders. Conduct project evaluations and capture lessons learned to improve future performance Requirements PMP certification required Minimum of 5 years of intermediate to senior-level project management experience Experience managing complex capital or industrial projects in mining, energy, infrastructure, or a related industry Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is considered an asset Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, SAP, or similar project management and ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines Benefits Health & Dental Benefits Pension Matching Company Incentives We appreciate all applicants' interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
