Job Description The Opportunity As a Pet Health Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping pet owners protect their pets through tailored insurance solutions. In this customer-focused sales role, you will promote and sell Pet Health Insurance through inbound and outbound interactions, educate clients on coverage options, and provide exceptional service by assisting with policy and claims inquiries. You will work toward achieving sales and retention targets, identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate coverage levels, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions. This position combines consultative sales, customer service, and relationship management in a fast-paced contact center environment. What To Expect Promote and educate prospects on Pet Health Insurance (PHI) to sell pet health insurance via inbound and outbound calls and/or online Assist customers with policy and claims-related inquiries and up-selling/retaining PHI policies with existing customers Achieve targets through sales and recommendations to bind client policies via inbound and outbound calls Determine appropriate insurance products and coverage levels for clients Contribute to continuous improvements of sales and service processes Accurately document and follow up with customers to maintain client files What You Bring AMF Damage Insurance License required Professional proficiency in both English and French Experience in outbound sales (typically 1–2 years or equivalent transferable experience) High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience You have strong verbal and written communication skills You’re versed in navigating multiple computer programs at once You’re experienced at achieving individual and team goals You have proven ability to recognize sales opportunities in a contact center environment Salary Range: $45,000 - $82,100 High degree of proficiency with English and French required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
