What You'll Do: As a key member of our service team, you will: * Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles as assigned. * Diagnose technical issues through inspections and assessments * Accurately document all work in line with manufacturer standards * Conduct road tests to ensure repairs meet performance expectations * Maintain cleanliness and care of customer vehicles at all times * Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of evolving technology * Mentor and support apprentice technicians as needed. Help us grow our amazing team! * Report to the Service Manager onsite What You Bring * Certified 310S Automotive Service Technician (the trade certification to meet provincial requirements.) * Maintain all relevant Licences and Qualifications * 2+ years of experience * Volkswagen/Audi experience is an asset * Knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures. * Familiarity with provincial safety standards * Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and clean drivers abstract. * Ability to drive manual transmission is required * Strong teamwork and communication skills * A customer-first mindset with attention to detail - we are all about earning customers for life! * Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment * Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and technical diagnostics on premium vehicles according to manufacturer standards. Document all work accurately and mentor apprentice technicians to support team growth.

Must be a Certified 310S Automotive Service Technician with a valid Ontario Driver's License and a clean abstract. Experience with Volkswagen or Audi brands is considered a strong asset.
