Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Organic farming. Viticulture. Dusty. Hot. Noisy. Outdoors. Work setting: Chemical application certificate or licence. Tasks: Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities. Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes. Mixing fertilizer. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Weeding. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Perform general farm duties. Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings. Follow emergency and safety procedures. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate.
