We are seeking a Global Clinical Distribution Lead to join our Clinical Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end distribution of clinical trial materials, ensuring investigational products are delivered to depots and clinical sites on time to support global clinical studies. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate global distribution activities while maintaining compliance with GMP and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end clinical trial distribution activities across multiple global clinical studies. Coordinate clinical supply shipments from product release through delivery to global depots and clinical sites. Monitor on-time delivery performance and proactively resolve supply and logistics issues. Partner with Clinical Trial Teams, Clinical Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to support study timelines. Coordinate depot inventory replenishment and clinical material distribution activities. Execute distribution activities using SAP/ERP systems while maintaining accurate documentation. Support GMP compliance, quality investigations, CAPAs, and change controls. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance global clinical distribution operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Business, Biotechnology, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Clinical Logistics, Clinical Distribution, or Clinical Trial Operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment. Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Strong understanding of clinical supply logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clinical studies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
