Galloway’s Pharmacy in Central Butte, Saskatchewan is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join our community-focused pharmacy. If you're looking for a rewarding change of pace from a high-volume pharmacy environment, this position offers the opportunity to practice pharmacy with a strong emphasis on patient relationships, professional autonomy, and quality care. \n Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of Galloway’s Pharmacy. Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely. Provide medication counselling, medication reviews, and other clinical pharmacy services. Develop lasting relationships with patients and provide personalized, compassionate care. Work collaboratively with local physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff. Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, ordering, and operational requirements. Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan legislation, regulatory requirements, and professional standards. Participate in vaccinations and other expanded-scope pharmacy services, as authorized. Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, privacy, and quality of care. Identify opportunities to enhance pharmacy services and better serve the community. Requirements Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution. Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP). Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is an asset. Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound professional decisions. Exigences
