We are a thriving, locally owned independent pharmacy seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead our team. We prioritize patient care and exceptional patient care starts with a supported team, so we deeply value our staff's well-being. This role offers an unmatched work-life balance in the pharmacy profession with zero evening, weekend, or statutory holiday shifts. \n Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and inventory management. Provide exceptional clinical counseling and medication management to patients. Lead, mentor, and schedule a small, collaborative team of technicians and assistants. Ensure full compliance with provincial regulatory college standards and pharmacy legislation. Manage professional services such as injections, prescribing (where applicable), compounding and compliance packaging. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Active pharmacist license in good standing with the provincial regulatory body. Injection certification and valid CPR/First Aid designation. Strong leadership skills with a passion for community-focused independent pharmacy.
