We are seeking a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in London, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys a dynamic environment and is looking to expand their professional experience beyond traditional community pharmacy practice. What We Offer CAD $56–$60+/hour CAD $116,480–$124,800+/year based on 40 hours/week Higher compensation may be available for an exceptional candidate Full-time opportunity Experience working in both pharmacy and clean-room settings Kroll pharmacy system Varied schedule with opportunities to work across different shifts Opportunity to develop valuable technical and clinical pharmacy experience Flexible Scheduling The pharmacy operates: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Available shifts may include: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM. The successful candidate must be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some flexibility may also be required to support on-call situations outside of core operating hours. About the Role As a Staff Pharmacist, you will work primarily across pharmacy and clean-room environments, providing an opportunity to develop a broad range of professional skills. Your responsibilities may include: Reviewing and verifying prescriptions Dispensing medications accurately and safely Providing medication counselling and clinical support Working in a controlled clean-room environment Following established medication preparation and safety procedures Maintaining accurate patient and medication records Collaborating with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals Ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy standards and procedures Supporting daily pharmacy operations and workflow Participating in on-call coverage when required Maintaining a high standard of patient safety and quality What We're Looking For Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario Active registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment Comfortable working in both pharmacy and clean-room settings Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Availability to participate in on-call coverage when required Experience with Kroll is an asset Clean-room experience is an asset, but training may be available depending on the candidate An Opportunity for the Right Pharmacist We are open to paying above $60/hour for a particularly strong pharmacist with the right experience, skills, and overall fit.
