UltraCare Compounding Pharmacy has a full-time opportunity for a Pharmacist (PharmD, BSC) with deep knowledge in pharmaceutics and pharmacy calculations. This fixed-term contract starts October 1, 2026, for 3 years. Our pharmacy is located in the Nepean Merivale Road business area. We offer best possible care for our patients including regular dispensing services, compression stocking and compounding services. We are looking for a hard-working candidate who is a team-player and will collaborate with our team to set goals and to organize work in an efficient manner, and who will encourage resourcefulness and initiative as well as a professional, effective, and respectful workplace. Direct and control daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Co-ordinate projects Pharmacy (PharmD, BS, BSc, BPharm) Business administration and management, general Area of experience: Pharmaceuticals, compounding medicines Marketing 2 years to less than 3 years in compounding and marketing Area of specialization: Project management $44/hour 32 hours/week, including Saturdays as needed.
