Backend Intern (PFE)

The role We're looking for a senior engineer to lead the next chapter of our order-management platform. You'll write code, but more importantly you'll set the bar — for code review, for architecture decisions, for the way the team grows. What you'll do Lead the architecture of our order-management platform (Symfony 7, PostgreSQL). Mentor a team of three mid-level engineers; review PRs with care and patience. Partner with product to shape the roadmap — we ship weekly. Push back on bad ideas; champion the good ones. What we're looking for 5+ years writing PHP in production. Symfony or Laravel both fine. Comfortable in PostgreSQL beyond basics — indexes, EXPLAIN, locks. You've done DDD or hexagonal architecture without making it religion. French or English fluent; Darija a plus. What we offer 30–45k MAD/month, paid in MAD or EUR. Remote 3 days/week; Casablanca office in Maârif. 5 days/year for conferences, paid. Health insurance; CIMR; meal vouchers.

Lead the architecture of the order-management platform and mentor a team of mid-level engineers. Partner with the product team to shape the roadmap and conduct thorough code reviews.

Requires over 5 years of experience writing PHP in production using Symfony or Laravel. Candidates should be proficient in PostgreSQL and experienced with DDD or hexagonal architecture.
