Physio In The Six Inc. is a thriving practice located in South Etobicoke with experienced practitioners who provide high-quality, patient centered care in a supportive, relaxed yet enjoyable work environment. Physio in the Six Inc. is physiotherapist-owned multidisciplinary clinic, with a reputation of excellence in the community. The clinic has developed strong rapport with local physicians and other health practitioners in and around the community. A suitable candidate should possess a keen interest in treating orthopedic and sports injuries, professional development, and critical thinking. The clinics’ philosophy highly promotes manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and overall well being. Position Availability This position is available to start as soon as possible, beginning with part-time hours and with the opportunity to progress to full-time hours as the caseload grows. Compensation: Split percentage-based compensation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on an existing patient caseload, providing an immediate foundation for building their practice within the clinic. As the caseload develops, there is potential for the position to grow into a full-time role. What Physio In The Six Inc. Offers Full administrative and reception support Competitive split-based remuneration Opportunity to take on an existing patient caseload Work alongside skilled, experienced, and supportive clinicians in a multidisciplinary setting A therapy-focused massage practice rather than a spa environment, with treatments focused on addressing pain, injuries, mobility, function, and patient-specific goals Private treatment rooms, with the option of an open-concept treatment area Electronic medical records system Caseload consisting primarily of extended health benefits and private-pay patients, with minimal WSIB and MVA Supportive environment focused on professional growth, collaboration, and quality patient care Opportunity to grow from part-time hours into a full-time caseload Qualifications & Requirements Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) Strong clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and assessment skills Ability to build genuine connections and strong rapport with patients Empathetic, personable, and able to make patients feel comfortable, heard, and supported Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care Confident skills in therapeutic and rehabilitative massage, rather than primarily spa-based massage Experience working in a private outpatient clinic is preferred MVA and WSIB experience is an asset Motivated to build and maintain a strong patient caseload within a growing clinic environment Receptive to constructive feedback and willing to implement recommendations from a clinical mentor Professional, dependable, and committed to providing a high standard of patient care Willingness to participate in community outreach and promotional events to represent Physio In The Six Acupuncture, lymphatic drainage, and pelvic health experience are assets Certification in Fascial Stretch therapy an asset Canadian Sport Massage Therapy Association (CSMTA) certification/membership is an asset We thank all those interested, however due to the high volume of applications we receive we are only able to respond to those who have been chosen for an interview. Exigences

Must be a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO. Candidates should possess strong clinical reasoning skills and a preference for therapy-focused treatment over spa-based massage.
