Join Pier 4 as our Manager, Leasing and play a key role in driving occupancy, developing high-performing teams, and shaping exceptional resident experiences across a growing portfolio. In this leadership role, you'll combine strategic thinking, market insight, and team development to deliver leasing success. Working closely with Property Management, Marketing, and Operations, you'll influence business results, optimize leasing performance, and help create communities people are proud to call home. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a teams of Leasing Specialists. Monitor leasing KPI's, occupancy targets, and conversion metrics to achieve business objectives. Oversee the leasing journey from prospect inquiry through move-in. Partner with Property Management to align leasing activity with suite readiness and occupancy goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing opportunities to maximize portfolio performance. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure listings and advertising support leasing objectives. Ensure compliance with residential tenancy legislation, company policies, and leasing standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to support portfolio performance and successful resident move-ins. Crucial Knowledge & Skills Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams. Knowledge of residential leasing operations, occupancy management, and customer service best practices. Understanding of market analysis, competitive positioning, and revenue optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management or leasing software. Education & Experience Required Minimum 5 years of residential leasing, property management, or related real estate experience including leadership experience. Experience managing leasing performance and occupancy targets. Knowledge of the Ontario residential tenancy legislation. Post-secondary education in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an asset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required to support business needs. Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle. Eligible to work in Canada and successfully pass a criminal background check. Additional Details Competitive Salary Range: $70,000-100,000 Work Arrangement: Fully on-site, 5 days a week at 55 Fleming Drive, Cambridge, Ontario.
