Provide LPN nursing services within a skilled nursing facility, including medication passes and treatments. Responsibilities also include the supervision of nurse assistants to ensure high standards of care.

Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado and a CPR certification. Ability to pass criminal and Colorado CAPS background checks is required, with SNF/LTC experience preferred.
