Pincher Creek Co-op is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Produce Clerk to become a valuable member of our team. *Responsibilities:* * Greet and assist customers with inquiries, recommendations, and locating items. * Manage inventory levels, order stock, and receive deliveries with attention to detail. * Stock and rotate fresh fruit and vegetables to maintain optimal quality. * Ensure all produce is fresh, safe, and meets high-quality standards. * Remove spoiled produce promptly and maintain a visually appealing display. * Set up, maintain, and deconstruct product displays creatively. * Uphold a clean and organized shopping environment at all times. * Adhere to health regulations and safety standards. * Perform additional duties as assigned. *Requirements:* * High School Diploma. * Excellent customer service skills. * Knowledge of produce quality, hygiene, safety, and food preparation. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., able to work all shifts. * Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Basic math skills. * Ability to lift, carry heavy items, climb ladders, squat, and stand for extended periods. * Experience in safe food handling; Food Safe course is an asset. * Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness. *Benefits:* * Flexible hours to accommodate personal needs. * Time-off benefits, including paid vacation and sick days. * Comprehensive benefits package: dental plan, extended health care, group life insurance, and long-term disability insurance. * Pension plan with matching employer contribution. * Education assistance and scholarship programs. * Employee and Family Assistance Program. _A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered._ If you're ready to embark on a rewarding career with Pincher Creek Co-op, please contact Jazmin Andino, HRA, at the Home Office: 403-627-2667 Ext. 126.
