I am an AI Systems Architect, Human Factors Specialist, and Founder operating at the intersection of autonomous agentic systems and human-centered design. I hold an M.Sc. in Human Factors Engineering (Thesis/Research) and bring 0-to-1 entrepreneurial execution as the Founder & Chief Engineer of Orbit AI, where I architected and deployed production semi-SaaS platforms from concept to revenue. The problems I solve: • Autonomous Agentic AI & Systems Architecture: I design production-grade LLM orchestration engines, tool-use workflows, and low-latency voice pipelines (Vapi, Gemini API). Crucially, I enforce reliability through custom evaluation harnesses—leveraging an LLM-as-a-Judge observability framework to benchmark 500+ live interactions at a 99% policy containment rate. • Human Factors, HMI & Mixed-Methods UXR: I translate complex human cognition into intuitive, low-friction interfaces. My work spans connected vehicle HMI evaluations across enterprise ecosystems (Geotab, Denso, Lenovo), shop-floor contextual inquiries on active manufacturing lines (Atlas Copco, TRQSS), and multimodal eye-tracking/telemetry analysis. • End-to-End Product Velocity: I bridge the entire stack—from facilitating client discoveries and designing interactive UI mockups in Figma, to engineering sub-100ms PostgreSQL queries and deploying containerized backends (Python/FastAPI, Docker, GCP/AWS). What I want next: I am looking for Lead/Senior AI Systems Architect, Founding Engineer, or Human Factors/HMI Product Lead roles (Hybrid in Toronto or Remote Canada) where I can bring an owner's mindset to scale intelligent, agentic systems that are empirically grounded in human trust and usability. In parallel, I am also working to build the intelligence layer that sits on top of automotive retail — learning from every interaction, predicting what happens next, and increasingly taking action itself.
