Toronto, ON Full-time Primary Care PMC-2026-001 About The Role Plano Medical Center is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Family Physician to join our growing primary care team. You will manage a diverse patient roster spanning all ages — from newborns to seniors — providing preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and minor procedures in a modern, fully equipped clinic. Our clinic offers a turn-key practice environment: a ready patient panel, on-site lab and blood work services, in-house specialist referrals (gastroenterology, women's health, pediatrics), and a supportive administrative team that handles scheduling and billing so you can focus entirely on patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care including periodic health exams, immunizations, and screening Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, mental health, etc.) Perform minor in-office procedures such as skin biopsies, wound care, and joint injections Provide walk-in clinic coverage on a rotational basis Coordinate referrals to on-site specialists and external providers Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR and participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications & Requirements MD degree with CCFP certification (or equivalent international family medicine credential) Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) Valid OHIP billing number (or eligibility to obtain one) Experience in comprehensive family medicine including pediatrics, women's health, and geriatrics Strong interpersonal skills with a caring, patient-centred approach Eligible to work in Canada (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and internationally trained physicians welcome) Why Family Medicine at Plano Medical Center?
