The role involves educating and guiding customers with exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction. The associate will work both independently and with a team to achieve store goals in a fast-growing retail environment.

Candidates must have proven experience in sales or customer service and be proficient in handling cash and POS systems. The ideal candidate should be patient, results-driven, and comfortable managing customer complaints.
