About the Company Our client is a growing B2B SaaS company in the CRM space looking to add an experienced HR Business Partner to support its global Go-to-Market organization. About the Role As the HR Business Partner, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other GTM leaders to drive performance, coach managers, and support the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role where you'll have exposure to a broad range of People initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. Responsibilities Partner with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership on performance management and employee development Coach managers through employee relations, difficult conversations, and organizational challenges Support conflict resolution and employee investigations Partner with legal on employee relations and employment law matters Lead and contribute to People initiatives, including learning & development, performance reviews, compensation cycles, engagement, and talent planning Assist with organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives Analyze people metrics and provide recommendations to business leaders Help build scalable HR processes and programs as the company continues to grow Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leadership on cross-functional initiatives Qualifications 5-8 years of progressive HR Business Partner or People Partner experience Experience supporting B2B SaaS organizations, preferably in high-growth environments Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or other GTM organizations Experience supporting remote, distributed teams, particularly across the US and Canada Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred Compensation Base salary up to CAD $140,000, depending on experience Benefits package The role is fully remote, but the candidate must be in Canada.
