We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with IT infrastructure, security and compliance experience to join our Project Management Office team within our Winnipeg Office at 140 Otter Street. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for complex IT infrastructure projects ensuring security, compliance and quality standards are met and with a client-centric approach to delivery. In this role, you'll be leading and directing project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and executing efficient project management methodologies. Support other programs and projects with dependencies on IT infrastructure by leading assigned workstreams and with effective reporting to other program managers as required Successfully deliver multiple projects meeting requirements, deadlines, and quality standards within budget constraints. Ensure effective oversight of 3rd party service providers by developing and maintaining strong relationships, establishing clear communication channels, and facilitating regular updates to preemptively address potential issues and delays. Provide comprehensive project reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Foster effective communication among diverse and global teams to achieve project objectives. Skillfully manage priorities, adapt to changes, and meet stakeholder expectations. Demonstrate expertise in risk management and proactively plan for risk mitigation. Handle issues expertly, identifying and resolving challenges. Manage project plans and dependencies across internal stakeholder groups and external customers. Continuously improve delivery processes to optimize project outcomes and efficiency. Collaborate proactively with fellow Project Managers to exchange ideas and drive improvements across the enterprise. What You'll Bring Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Project Management or another related field is required, with Project Management Professional (PMP) designation considered an asset 5+ years extensive experience managing large, intricate IT infrastructure, security and compliance projects that encompass various departments, divisions, and business units. Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple, complex projects within a portfolio. Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAIDs) for multiple projects simultaneously. A comprehensive understanding and practical application of both agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Working knowledge of Smartsheet, JIRA and Confluence is an asset. Working knowledge of ITIL, IT Security, IT Compliance, business and systems analysis, application development and software quality assurance methods are assets.
