Job Description Ready to build your career? We want to hear from you. Join us as a Change Management Advisor and play a critical role in driving large scale, enterprise transformation. This position is fully dedicated to the design and execution of complex organizational change initiatives that shape how we operate, lead, and evolve. Working at the intersection of strategy, culture, and execution, you will partner with leaders, HR business partners, and other teams within the organization to translate strategic priorities into structured change approaches that deliver measurable impact. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in navigating complexity and ambiguity, is energized by designing user centric, fit for purpose solutions, and is ready to influence the success of high visibility initiatives across the organization. What you will do Lead and orchestrate end to end change strategies for organization level change initiatives (e.g., cultural, process and standards, digital/AI transformations) Partner closely with leaders and project sponsors to assess change impacts, define adoption strategies, and mitigate organizational risks Design and deploy comprehensive change plans, including stakeholder strategies, communication architectures, and leadership enablement frameworks including training, role modeling and other support strategies Drive advanced stakeholder management, influencing alignment across multiple functions, regions, and levels of the organization Develop and deliver executive level communications, narratives, and materials to support decision making and sustain momentum Build and operationalize change governance, success measures, and adoption KPIs, ensuring rigorous tracking and course correction Implement data-driven approaches and leverage insights and feedback to continuously refine change strategies and improve outcomes Act as a thought partner on organizational effectiveness, challenging assumptions and bringing forward innovative approaches to transformation Contribute to the evolution of organizational change management practices, tools, and methodologies, strengthening capability over time This role could be for you if you Have 5-8+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, or transformation roles within complex environments Have led or significantly contributed to large scale, cross functional change initiatives Demonstrate strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, actionable plans Are highly credible with senior stakeholders and able to influence without formal authority Possess advanced communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, executive level narratives Are data driven and comfortable defining and interpreting adoption, impact, and change performance metrics Navigate complexity with rigor, resilience, and sound judgment Are passionate about shaping culture, leadership, and the future of work Benefits RRSP with up to 5% employer matching Hybrid work model for corporate roles Employee stock ownership program Career growth through real development opportunities Transit pass reimbursement — get to work for free Minimum 4 weeks of vacation from day one For the past six years, we've proudly held the distinction of being one of Canada's Top 100 Employers.
