Job Description Ready to build your career? We want to hear from you. What you will do Support Regional Coordinators in making informed decisions to meet client needs related to Fleet equipment and inventory. Coordinate Fleet operations with Maintenance, Transportation, Shipping & Receiving, Yard, and Warehouse teams to ensure equipment and inventory are delivered on time. Assign tasks to various teams and follow up on requests to ensure equipment and inventory delivery and return deadlines are met. Coordinate equipment and inventory transfers between project sites and logistics centers across Canada. Collaborate in developing acquisition and disposal strategies for asset classes under your responsibility. Work closely with Procurement and Maintenance teams on Fleet equipment acquisitions to ensure they meet project requirements. Coordinate the integration of new assets into the Fleet in partnership with Procurement and Maintenance. Manage yard and warehouse inventories for the company and its affiliated entities across Canada. Maximize Fleet utilization by ensuring the continuous rotation and deployment of equipment to project sites. Build and maintain strong business relationships with Fleet equipment users and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Fleet operations. Support pre-construction teams, as required, in developing proposals for upcoming projects. This role could be for you if you have A college diploma in Asset Management, Asset Maintenance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, equipment operations, tooling management, or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. The ability to work independently and effectively manage a high volume of requests within tight deadlines.
