Grader Operator

As a grader operator working in the Civil & Infrastructure team at the Pomerleau, you will have to work closely with all workers to ensure the coordination and execution of work in a safe manner. Working on large-scale construction projects - ranging from $1.5 million to over a billion dollars - you will have the opportunity to contribute to the productivity and efficiency of work on our sites. What You Will Do Operate a grader to perform grading, finishing and maintenance work on road, highway or infrastructure construction sites; Adhere to safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards; Work as a team, maintain a pleasant and trusting working climate, collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and other shifts on the site; Take care and maintain the equipment; Perform all other related tasks related to operations. This Role Is Made For You If You Have A valid CCQ grader operator card A valid ASP Construction card and WHMIS 2015 A DEP construction equipment operator or equivalent experience A valid driving license – Class 5 A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position Pomerleau is a national leader in construction, delivering major projects across Canada.
