Job Description Ready to build your career? We want to hear from you. As a long-reach mechanical excavator operator within Pomerleau's civil engineering & infrastructure team, you will work closely with all workers to ensure the safe coordination and execution of work. Working on large-scale construction projects—ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion—you will have the opportunity to contribute to the productivity and efficiency of our construction sites. What you will do Carry out excavation, reconstruction, trench work, filling and digging, leveling and land development, work on barges, work in riverside areas, handling (loading-unloading), etc. Adhere to safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards. Work as part of a team, maintain a pleasant and trusting work environment, collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and other trades on the job site. Care for and maintain equipment. Perform all other related tasks related to operations. Exigences
Requires a valid CCQ excavator operator card, ASP Construction card, WHMIS 2015, and a Class 5 driver's license. Candidates must have a DEP in excavator operation or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
