*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Dog Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to dogs, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. The Dog Groomer will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and appearance of our furry clients while delivering excellent customer service. *Duties* * Bathe, dry, and brush pets to maintain cleanliness and coat health * Trim, clip, and style fur according to breed standards or customer preferences * Clean ears, trim nails, and perform other grooming-related tasks * Handle pets gently and safely during grooming procedures * Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, including sanitizing tools and equipment * Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming needs and aftercare instructions * Assist with heavy lifting of pets or equipment when necessary to ensure safety and efficiency * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally * *Able to work every Friday to Tuesday* *Experience* * Previous experience in pet grooming or related animal care is preferred but not required; training can be provided for motivated candidates * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their pets * Ability to handle heavy lifting of pets or equipment safely and comfortably * Knowledge of different coat types, grooming techniques, and breed standards is a plus * Compassionate attitude towards animals with patience and gentle handling skills This position offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about animal care, with an emphasis on providing outstanding grooming services while ensuring the safety and comfort of every pet.
