Shift Supervisors work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations. As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the execution of daily operations activities. Our Supervisors report directly to the restaurant manager and are responsible for running a smooth shift while contributing their time towards the goal of the restaurant. You will be responsible for training and grooming employees and ensure that exceptional service is delivered to our guests. What to expect in your role as a Shift Supervisor * Passion for the kitchen, serving guests and for producing great products every day. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral. * Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. * Exceptional Customer service skills – able satisfy and exceed guest expectation * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in the kitchen and restaurant * Must work well within a restaurant team culture. * Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have a strong initiative. * A positive and team-oriented attitude. * You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods. * Must be eligible to work in Canada Past Industry Experience that would translate to success in this role: Crew Member, Customer service, Fast Food, New store opening, back of house, Cashier, Prep. For your success, you will receive certified training from Popeyes which will allow you to carry out tasks under Popeyes Standards & Procedures. Soft skills required: Passion for food and service, professional, positive attitude, good work ethics, time management, ability to take initiative and multi-task. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for directing and training staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service. They assist restaurant management in executing operational activities and maintaining high product standards during shifts.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and possess strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Previous experience in fast food, customer service, or management is considered an asset.
