Our client in the energy sector is an innovative and fast-growing company on a mission to make clean, efficient, and sustainable energy accessible to everyone. At the forefront of the residential energy revolution, they design cutting-edge hardware and software that empower homeowners to generate, store, and manage their own energy. We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll work on day-to-day operations while also supporting strategic HR initiatives with the help of modern AI tools. Acting as a bridge between employees, managers, and leadership, you’ll play an integral role in shaping the employee experience and driving organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee data in BambooHR, update HR documents, policies, and reports, and serve as the go-to contact for HR inquiries. Write engaging job postings, support hiring managers through the recruitment process, and collaborate with external recruiters. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, coordinate background checks, and deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience. Help organize training sessions, collect feedback through surveys, support career development programs, and track training expenses. Assist with the administration of performance review processes. Support bi-weekly payroll processing and administer group benefits. Communicate company updates and organize initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and engagement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of HR experience (recruitment, HR administration, or similar). Professional certification (CRHA, CHRP, SHRM) is an asset. Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
