Our yard is conveniently located at Guelph Line & Dundas Street in Burlington, just: 1 km from Highway 407 Approximately 3 km north of the QEW Accessible by public transit What You'll Do As a Grounds Maintenance Crew Member, you'll work with an experienced team to maintain residential and commercial properties to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining lawns Operating commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, and backpack blowers Assisting with general property maintenance and clean-up Identifying and reporting lawn health concerns or site deficiencies to your Crew Leader Maintaining equipment and keeping tools clean and in good working order Following all company safety procedures Providing excellent customer service while working on client properties Assisting with additional grounds maintenance duties as required Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physically capable of performing manual labour and working up to 10-hour shifts 1 year of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred Experience operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment is considered an asset Assets Experience working on residential or high-end residential properties Experience driving a truck and trailer Basic equipment maintenance knowledge $21.00-$23.00 per hour Opportunities for advancement and career growth Year-round employment available with winter work Health and dental benefits after 3 months RRSP matching program On-site parking Ongoing training and skill development Friendly, supportive team environment

The crew member will perform grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging on residential and commercial properties. They are also responsible for operating landscaping equipment, maintaining tools, and providing excellent customer service.

Candidates must possess a valid Ontario Class G Driver's License and be physically capable of performing manual labour in all weather conditions. At least one year of landscaping experience is preferred, along with the ability to operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment.
