Cayuga Displays, a leader in manufacturing and production-focused display solutions, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team in Cayuga, ON. As a key member of our sales support staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, engineering, and production teams. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers. This posting reflects a current hiring need for our client. We use AI-assisted tools to help review resumes and identify potential candidate matches; however, all hiring decisions are made by our team and the client directly. Key responsibilities Prepare accurate quotations and estimates using input from engineering, production, and management teams Develop and maintain pricing lists, quotation records, and customer databases Support the Sales Team with presentations, follow-ups, and reporting activities Assist with marketing initiatives including trade shows, promotional materials, and online campaigns Coordinate with engineering and production teams to support new and ongoing projects Track customer orders and assist in developing short- and long-term sales forecasts Enter and maintain customer orders in CRM and internal tracking systems Maintain and update customer feedback and complaint records, ensuring timely resolution Provide general administrative and customer service support, including answering incoming calls Perform additional duties as required Minimum Grade 12 education 5+ years of experience in an office, customer service, or sales support environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficiency with Simply Accounting (Sage) or similar accounting/business software Professional fluency in English Legally authorized to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field Experience entering and maintaining customer orders in a CRM or similar order-tracking system Work experience in a manufacturing, technical, or production-based environment Competitive salary of $45,000–$52,000 annually Full-time Monday to Friday Stable full-time employment Opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team Exposure to both sales and manufacturing operations Growth and development opportunities within the organization
