Balcarres Community School offers grade PK-12 programming to an enrolment of approximately 259 students. Balcarres is located 92 km northeast of Regina. Position Details: 1.0 FTE Temporary Contract Term: Commencing November 13, 2026 to June 30, 2027. November 13, 2026 is the preferred start date; however, a start date of January 4, 2027 may be accommodated. Current Assignment: Grade 3/4 Teacher Qualifications Bachelor of Education degree A valid Saskatchewan teacher certificate (or expected by December 2026) Salary & Benefits: Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated Provincial Collective Bargaining Agreement and Locally Negotiated Teacher Agreement. This school is in a community designated for both Canada Student Loan forgiveness and Saskatchewan provincial student loan forgiveness. You may be eligible for Canada Student Loan forgiveness and Saskatchewan provincial student loan forgiveness if you meet other eligibility requirements.
