WE'RE HIRING SALES SPECIALIST — EQUIPMENT, SMALLWARES & JANITORIAL (ES&J) Regina Office 1450 Park Street Regina, SK S4N 2G2 www.pratts.com LOCATION: Regina, SK POSITION TYPE: Full Time TERRITORY: Serving all of Saskatchewan Serving All of Saskatchewan The Opportunity Pratts Wholesale Food Service is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Specialist to grow our Equipment, Smallwares & Janitorial (ES&J) business within an established customer base. This role services customers throughout Saskatchewan; candidates must reside in Regina, Saskatchewan, and be willing to travel provincewide, including occasional overnight travel. Why Join Pratts Wholesale Food Service Competitive salary and commission structure Comprehensive health and dental benefits Established customer base with significant growth potential Gas card, plus company cell phone or cell allowance Vehicle allowance and vehicle insurance allowance Positive, supportive, safety-focused team environment Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed established sales targets Maintain or exceed profitability goals across all product categories Build and maintain strong customer relationships; develop new business Visit customer locations to assess needs and recommend solutions Prepare accurate quotations and maintain up-to-date AutoQuotes records Coordinate and manage ES&J deliveries Increase customer awareness of our ES&J offerings Key Requirements 3+ years' food service experience (restaurant/banquet manager, chef, or ES&J Sales Specialist) Previous outside sales experience in the food service industry Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Good computer skills (MS Office); AutoQuotes familiarity preferred Newer vehicle in good working order and a valid driver's licence The successful applicant will be required to provide a current driver's abstract and criminal records check.
