Quality Inspector (Day, Afternoon and Night Shift)

TITLE: QUALITY INSPECTOR (DAY, AFTERNOON AND NIGHT SHIFT) Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager with dotted line to Quality Supervisor Shift: Training on Day Shift (7:30am-3:45pm) for a month and then Afternoon/Night Shift (3:30pm-11:45pm) Job Responsibilities * Run CMM Machines * Final visual inspection of HPG customer products * Follow strict inspection protocol in performing inspection * Analyze data to ensure conformance of parts to design intent, dimensional requirements, blueprints and other specifications * Communicate inspections results to other departments within the company * Calibration of measuring equipment * Final product packaging * Provide training to new employees as required * Maintain safe and clean workspace * Ensure timely completion of all quality requirements/documents * Perform other tasks within the department as required Requirements * One year of related experience is preferred. * Ability to take precise measurements using specialized equipment and techniques. * Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

The Quality Inspector is responsible for running CMM machines and performing final visual inspections to ensure products meet design specifications. They also handle equipment calibration, product packaging, and the training of new employees.

Candidates should ideally have one year of related experience and the ability to take precise measurements using specialized equipment. A strong work ethic and a positive team attitude are required.
