D365 Solution Architect

PrecisionERP is seeking a D365 Sales Solution Architect for a 4+ month, remote contract role with our client in Calgary, Alberta. Qualifications: • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse. • Deep understanding of sales lifecycle processes, including lead management, opportunity management, quotations, product catalog, pricing, approvals, and reporting. • Proven ability to elicit requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, define scope, and translate business needs into solution designs. • Experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 customizations, including tables, columns, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security, and solution components. • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and data integration capabilities. • Working knowledge of APIs, integration methods, data flows, data migration, and system-to-system connectivity. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and delivery teams. • Experience preparing project estimates, implementation plans, timelines, risks, and delivery roadmaps. • Microsoft certification related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Solution Architecture.

The Solution Architect is responsible for translating business needs into technical designs for D365 Sales and Dataverse. They will facilitate stakeholder workshops, define project scope, and oversee the delivery of customizations and integrations.

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with D365 Sales, Power Platform, and the sales lifecycle. A Microsoft certification in D365 or Solution Architecture is required.
