We are looking for a motivated professional with *5+ years of construction experience* who takes pride in producing quality work, maintaining a safe job site, and supporting project success. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can work independently, coordinate daily labour activities, assist skilled trades, and mentor junior labourers when required. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify priorities while maintaining productivity and site safety in a fast-paced construction environment.
