As a tutor, you will: Deliver academic support aligned with the Ontario curriculum. Provide supplemental assignments that strengthen understanding and mastery of material. Offer both remedial and enrichment support to meet individual student needs. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share progress and strategies for success. Who We’re Looking For Qualified applicants will meet at least one of the following: Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. Current teacher candidates actively pursuing a Bachelor of Education. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour Application Question(s) Are you OCT Certified or enrolled in your Bachelor's or Master's of Education within an Ontario university? Please enter OCT number if possible. Are you able to travel to student's homes around the Durham Region? (In-home tutoring is a requirement for this position) Are you able to teach all English courses up to grade 12? Work Location: In person

Exigences
Applicants must be registered with the Ontario College of Teachers or be current teacher candidates pursuing a Bachelor of Education. Ability to travel to students' homes in the Durham Region and teach English up to grade 12 is required.
