Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time / Casual Reports to: Nurse Supervisor Salary Range: $32.00-$36.00 per hour Shifts: Monday to Sunday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM Your Day to Day: * Provide medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.); * Supervising nurse assistants for medication administration; * Assess and monitor patient medication response; * Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings; * Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care; * Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care; What You Bring to the Table: * LPN License in British Columbia (required) * Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills * Ability to manage a day-to-day schedule while ensuring excellent patient care * Korean language skills (preferred) * Self-motivated and reliable Nice to Have: * Experience in a similar role providing home-based patient care * Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently #dmnd Don’t hold back!—apply today, even if you do not tick every skills list.
