Respond to service calls in a timely manner, meet our service requirements with accuracy and precision, and proactively identify opportunities to minimize machine downtime. Act as a Primo brand ambassador by maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, knowing our products and services, and providing outstanding customer experiences. Be the voice of the customer within the company. Qualifications Be 21 years of age or older. Hold a Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in a customer‑facing role. Previous experience as a maintenance technician is preferred. Hold Reliability Status (an asset) or the ability to obtain. Ability to apply basic math concepts and use basic functions on a handheld scanner. Exceptional customer service and communication skills in English and French (will serve clients in Ontario and Quebec). Ability to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Candidates must possess strong French and English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in French and English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
